Terms and Conditions of Sale
Samples:
Sample orders are available only to first time buyers and are shipped out with a C.O.D payment term. The amount paid on the sample order will be credited toward the customer's first order, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Product Inspection:
Inspection of all products purchased from G20 is the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for missing items once the items have left our premises. The inspection for items shipped via UPS, FedEx or Trucking must be made within ten (10) business days of the invoice date. Products subjected to misuse of abuse are non-returnable.
Returns:
All returns and exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number visibly written on each carton otherwise they will be rejected. The RMA number will be issued after the customer has filled out and signed the RMA form. Only return the specific quantities and products you are authorized under the RMA. G20 will not be responsible for the loss of returns without an RMA number. All returns or exchanges must be in original sealed package and accompanied with the original invoice within 10 days of the invoice date. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. The warranty is only limited to defective items. G20's liability is limited to the purchase invoice value. All returns are subject to a minimum of twenty-five (25) % restocking fee. Defective accessories may be exchanged for same title only. Credits for returns must be used within one year of the date they were issued and can only be used for future purchases.
Refused Shipments:
Unless otherwise determined by G20, shipments refused by a customer will be considered to be the customer's error. Any freight charges incurred will be billed to the customer. If a refused shipment is returned and not reshipped, a twenty five (25) % restocking fee will be assessed. If the customer shows a history of refused shipment, a prepaid-only status may be determined by G20 at any time for an undetermined period of time.
Shipping:
We will make every effort to ship the merchandise as soon as possible. All shipments will be made via United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx) or Trucking unless otherwise specified, and F.O.B. Los Angeles, California. All risk of loss and damage in transit shall be borne by the customer. Drop-shipment orders are accepted for a nominal fee of $3.00 per order.
Payment:
Credit Card: Credit card is preferred for first-time orders. Customer must complete the Credit Card Authorization form and send copies of the front and back of the credit card and driver's license.
C.O.D.: For first orders paid by C.O.D. money order or cashier's check, all boxes will be labeled with a COD tag unless the customer submits the Credit Card Authorization form. C.O.D. company check may be accepted upon the completion and approval of the Resale Permit Form, Authorization to Release Credit Information, and Credit Card Authorization forms.
ACH: Automated Clearing House payment term will be accepted upon completion and approval of ACH Authorization and Authorization to Release Credit Information forms. Any ACH payment returned due to Non-Sufficient Funds (N.S.F.) will be accessed with a $25.00 service. N.S.F. debits may be replaced only by Money Order, Cashier's check, or credit card. Any ACH transaction returned to G20 for NSF may jeopardize future payments with this term. A $30.00 service charge will be accessed for ACH debits placed on stop payment.
Open Account:
Acceptable upon full completion and approval of the Confidential Business Account Application and accessed a 5 to 15% price increase. Same service charges as ACH apply to open accounts. Any refunds purchased by a check will be held by G20 until it clears. Orders placed on accounts with open invoices that are more than 15 days past due will not be released by G20 a late charge fee of 1.5% per month or a $15.00 minimum will be charged to all net term customers for a past due accounts.
Account Policies:
Approval of Net terms or COD Company Check requires a minimum of 3 business days for evaluation of the submitted Business Account Application.
Accounts on COD Company Check or Net terms must only use their pre-approved company's checking account. Accounts on NET 10, 15, or 30 DAYS who habitually pay late or return checks due to N.S.F. will be reverted back to COD Cashier's Check basis only. Notify us immediately via fax or email for changes to customer's telephone number, address, shipping addresses UPS/FedEx 3rd party account number, etc. Accounts that exceed their established limits will be allowed to place additional orders on Credit Card terms. If the customer feels that the limits are inadequate, they should apply for an account review.
Warranty:
For warranty purposes, please contact directly the respective manufacturer whenever a product is defective. If you are unable to find that information, we will be more than glad to help.
Account Authorization:
Terms of sale, including terms of payment and charges, for each purchase are agreed to be those specified on the invoice. The customer hereby agrees to pay all costs of collection or legal fees should such action be necessary due to non-payment. It is understood that the venue for litigation will be made in Los Angeles County, California and that by signing this application in the space provided below, we understand that we are hereby waiving our rights to litigate outside of Los Angeles County, California. It is understood that if payment is not made and litigation or collections costs of any kind are incurred by G20, we promise to pay any reasonable and necessary attorney, court, or collection costs that G20 may incur while attempting to collect payment for goods sold to the above applicant. The above information is willingly supplied and the creditor is authorized to contact the provided trade references, bank references as well as any third party credit reporting agencies in order to establish the credit worthiness of the above named company. If the applicant is not a corporation, the creditor is authorized to obtain credit reports on the proprietors, partners or principals. Should any credit be granted by the creditor, all decisions with respect to the extension or continuation shall be in the sole discretion of the creditor. The creditor may terminate credit privileges within its sole discretion. All checks returned by the bank as unpaid, will be subjected to a $25.00 NSF fee and all accounts past due 30 days or more will incur a 1.5% interest per month up to a maximum of 18% per annum.
